ATTENTION: The price now has been fixed to $6.59usd this changes A LOT the things now you´ll have at
just L$3 each outfit contained in this collection, this may be the lowest possible price to find and commonly this outtfits you may be finding on any store at not less than L$10 each outfit, mostly the price you may find will be up to L$20, this is an unbeatable offer and remember that almost all the items are FULL PERM you can COPY, MODIFY and TRANSFER anything (transfer applies for reselling anything if you are planning to do it) this is your chance to get the most popular SL outfit brands and get a try on redesiging these outfits and start a new franchise.

NOTE that for redisigning the outfits you may be needing dumping to your hard drive the textures with programss like COPYBOT.

Payment methods: remember both options are perfect to me: just pay L$1100 to Arturo Hancroft inworld (SL) or by Ebay $6.50usd via paypal. (take in mind that if you use an echeck the delivery time will be delayed upon completing the transaction (usually 5 days maximum) if you wish anytime to visit our store in SL you can do it by following this SLurl: http://slurl.com/secondlife/South%20Beach/230/108/23

Are the names the person stating up there SL brands, or RL brands?

La perla and prozak are reseller full perm packs that have been around for at least a year. Don't know the others, but might be just a jerk selling freebies.

Prozak clothing, boots, and tattoos were given away, full perm and free, to the Sl community by the creator a while ago, I believe.

ebay does not allow virtual goods to be sold there. I reported it to eBay, but wanted to also know if there were any creators who needed to contact eBay to try and get this person's RL info so they could pursue them.

ok...I was curious about the payment allowed...did they stop selling virtual goods? or was it always that way? I remember scanning through some auction lists for SL stuff several years ago.

Hmm they are still up for sale now.
Though the Avatar mentioned is a 2008 avatar and in their profile states they are owner of one of the clothing companies mentioned.

The parts I found interesting:

"NOTE that for redisigning the outfits you may be needing dumping to your hard drive the textures with programss like COPYBOT."
....
"About the copybot: i can help you for having at a special price the program, just IM me too and i will make my best to get in touch with a reseller for you."

When eBay began enforcing it's policy respecting the sale of some types of virtual goods/digital items in 2007, Second Life was specifically exempted from the ban.

The "ban" was a proactive enforcement of eBay's requirement that: "To sell a digital item, the seller must be the owner of the underlying intellectual property or authorized to distribute it by the intellectual property owner."

http://pages.ebay.com/choosingformats/digitalitems/faqs/#3

Additionally, CNET reported that an official spokesman for eBay stated an additional reason that Second Life was not covered by the ban was that it was not clear whether it would be correct to label Second Life as a "game".

http://news.cnet.com/eBay-bans-auctions-of-virtual-goods---page-2/2100-1043_3-6154372-2.html?tag=mncol

Ebay still has the same stated rule respecting the sale of virtual goods as it had in 2007, i.e., "To sell a digital item, the seller must be the owner of the underlying intellectual property or authorized to distribute it by the intellectual property owner. "

Was the ban on the sale of virtual goods somehow extended to Second Life after 2007 ???

I wonder if the SL La Perla has permission from the RL La Perla to use their name?

If it's not a violation of selling virtual goods, then it's a violation of:

Reason for Report:
Listing policy violations (improper keywords, outside links, excessive shipping, etc)

Detailed Reason:
Circumvention of eBay fees

Additional Information:
Offering merchandise for sale outside of eBay

Because of this bit: "remember both options are perfect to me: just pay L$1100 to [name redacted] inworld (SL) or by Ebay $6.50usd via paypal."

hes not trying to sell the cloths
11-11-2009 02:45
I donno if any of you realise he isnt trying to sell the clothes read the advert.

He is sneakerly trying to sell copybot which is a free program anyway and shouldnt be used at all unless your using it to save your own work.

Everybody here should report him to ebay for that reason.
