Quite a precipitous plummet in the lowest price of Adult land a few days ago. It stubbornly held at L$5.3/sqm for weeks, but suddenly fell to L$3.4 and now hovering L$3.7. Still above the mainland average price for flat green crap land, but I imagine it will eventually make it there. I guess my failed impatient bid at auction was fortuitous, I had bid L$5/sqm for 16384sqms. Someone was whispering to me "patience grasshopper". But as always I am weak when I have available tier. Now, do I wait for L$2/sqm or feed my urge to buy at L$3.7?
