Last week i came on here with the problem of a nasty sim owner, who took my land and wouldnt give my stuff back..... Which i got alot of help and i thank u all,,, thought i'll tell u wot happen nexted.... well after talking to lots of people on here , i got my stuff back, well lied a bit told him i had got all the main things rest was copies, to send back when ever, so he sent it all back, then about 3 days later i got a note saying that the sim had been taken over by the new owners, So i im him and explain wot happen,,, he im'ed back he wants to talk...... just waiting for him now xxxxxx

For all you know that new owner could be the previous owners good friend on or his way to becoming good friends with him. Go elsewhere. _____________________

Yes, I agree....be very very careful. When you do talk to this supposed 'new owner' try to be as diplomatic as possible and not defame the other owner. If they are friends...or it's an alt....he may well be setting you up.
I know that's a crappy perspective.....but the sad truth is that people who exhibit bad behavior like that, you sort of have to assume the worst until proven otherwise. It may be worth your while to start investigating new areas to buy/rent in the event this does turn out to be less than pretty.  _____________________
