I'd go to Search>Events tab>Nightlife/Entertainment, then go to the concerts. Or ask the venue organizers how it is all done. There are some great musicians in-world, and some not so great too, just like in RL. You really need to hear them for yourself whenever possible.
Ask your friends for some names too. Many clubs have posters up or a events board with the names of upcoming performers. Look at the musician's Profile too, I'll bet many have contact information in their Picks List.

Former club owner here. There are several groups inworld that focus on "live entertainment". Many of the performers are managed, so you need to contact their managers to book them, but likewise many are independents and you contact them directly. Be aware that you're looking at anywhere between 2,500 and 8,000L to book a performer, and I believe Rob Zombie's shows are 10-12k (and you have to have 1500 available prims for them to set up their stages). If you're just putting this thing together and don't know how to find the performers, I think you may be in for a surprise when you start paying for all this. For one show per week, at an average of 5k (and that *is* typical), you're looking at 20k per month. The performers don't usually tip the venue - and guess what...neither do the guests. They'll tip the performer quite well, but you won't get a cut of that, and if you're lucky, you'll get a little in tips. Good luck...hope your RL budget can afford your SL venture. My hubby and I do quite well in RL and I have an *extremely* generous entertainment budget. But after 6 months of pouring money in....I called it quits.

thanks, Ill have fun with it for a while then, I do have 1500 extra prims. and the 20k isnt a problem. I just would like to have some fun. Even if I have to manufacture it LOL. BTW I check the zombie files and its 5k to book. I spent some time over on stage island. Asked a lot and made a pest of myself too. thanks.
