I would like recommendations on a reliable and honest person from whom to purchase an Openspace sim. There seems to be no shortage of people in this business but I an looking for someone with an established positive reputation.

My alt rents from MH Estates. The owner has been in business here with both land and building for years and you don't have to pay a huge up front fee to 'buy' the open space sim first, it is true rent. I gather he has around 70 sims so not likely to suddenly disappear.

I was careful before renting and have found very good service.

Owner is Frageurs Hock.

well, I'm going to wave my own flag here as we've just had 3 Openspace sims released back to us by the original lessee (RL reasons). The sims are all part of our mini-continent, the Isles of Fatima, currently 29 sims and Victorian in theme. We've been in business about 18 months now. If you wish you're more than welcome to speak to any of our current residents about either Fatima or myself.

The sims concerned are Fatimas Serenity, Fatimas Wonder and Fatimas Glory. If you're interested, IM Fatima Ur or myself in-world and we can take things from there.
