Any one know where we can get support??

The support portal appears to be down. I was trying to run WindLight, however, it doesn't appear to recognize that I have a GeForce 4 MX graphics card, and so is not allowing me to use the advanced features.

It would be nice if there was some way to access support to inquire about this, but the support page just keeps coming up blank after you log in.

Edit: It says to call Billing for non-tech issues so, although they wouldn't actually be able to help you with the Windlight problem, they should be able to figure out why you can't get into the Support Portal, or at least report it to whomever is in charge of that.

I don't think a Geforce 4 MX is gonna do you much good with Windlight. It's old, and it's the budget model to boot. I have one in this machine, and just for the fun of it, I installed Windlight. It can't do any of the cool stuff, and it's slower than current old school SL, and it looks worse.

As for the support question, it's midnight in the company headquarters, midnight on Friday night after a holiday in which I'll bet many employees got or took both Thursday and Friday off.
