Avatar problems and such

Good afternoon or whatever time it may be ^^

A friend of mine ran into a problem recently, and the Lindens don't seem to have an answer to it. Because he has no access to the forums himself, I ask this question on his behalf, hoping you might be able to come up with a solution.

What he wrote me:

"About a week ago i was in Aido Wedo with my horse avatar on. I passed to the near land Dalhouise and was blocked there... i relog but the horse avatar was no more on me... apparently detached.... later i logoff again but from that time every time i try to log in the system shows: The sytem is loggin you out... your account will be available.... so i need from 15 mins to 45 everytime to login... one friend of mine can see my horse avatar attached on me even now and he hears the horse sounds too.... and sometimes when i try to TP in Aido Wedo the system place me in the near Dalhouise and i'm blocked again and with my horse avatar attached, like the day i crashed there."

I have no idea what causes this and how to work around it. I hope you do.

well all i can think of him trying is to log on if he can click himself to open pie menu and do detach all then also take all clothes off everything. Then go to edit at top and preferences, clear cache log off.
If this dont work when he logs back then last resort..... clear cache again log off, delete second life from computer then go to secondlife website here and download a new copy of the client. install, reboot, log on.
Still has issue.....he is screwed if LL cant help him at that point then sorry.
