If you stop in Free Dove or The Shelter, there are height detectors close to the entrance. Click on them, and they announce in chat how tall you are.

I think both are set so you can take a copy for yourself.

I'll drop you a height and weight one in-world although they can be slightly inaccurate, particularly how the weight is calculated.

The height one is not acurate either. The best way is to rez a prim on the ground next to you and then stretch it (one side only) until it's the same height as your avatar.

ETA of course you have to convert the meters to feet and inches if that's how you want to measure it.

My hieght is set by one of these measures, but a warning most people are too tall in SL so will look about a foot taller than me.

Some height detector scripts count your shoes, and some don't, which, if you have high heels, can make the results vary a lot.

Make sure you know the difference between AGENT height and PRIM height.

Agent height measures the bounding box of the avatar which is basically from the feet to the eyes.

Prim height gives the most realistic height as that is your physical prim height.

I wear a height hud that tells me the height (prim & agent) of everyone within 20m of me or so and most people are 7-8ft tall.

My avatar is 5'6", matching my RL height and i look tiny compared to the very large and growing daily height clone army.
