I have money but i can not use vendors. I can receive, transfert money but not buy anything I am playing Sl since a long time and this is the first time i have this prob. I submit a ticket but because i don't have a premium account they don't try to find the solution for me so ... if someone can help me ... Thank you in advance. Clementina Beaumont

SL has been a little laggy at times this weekend. Do you get the buy box? Do you get the buy button? Are you giving it enough time to come up?

I have the buy button the box, everything but nothing work...... I am totally lost. I am in Sl since a long time (2 yearsà and nothing like that before.. I don't know what to do, i think there is a prob with my account but Linden Support doesn't want to help me because i am not a premium account... That 's horrible because the only way i find to buy is to ask someone (if it is transferable) to buy for me, or the creator to transfer him the money and then to receive the clothes ... I'm wondering if this isn't because of the different kinds of vendors in SL? Some you select BUY and it will sell you either the object itself or it's contents. Others, like mine, you select PAY and input the correct amount and it will then give you the item selected. If you've gotten ahold of the pay ones they won't tell you the amount via the PAY feature like the BUY ones will. You have to look for floating text or check the chat to find out the amount and input that one for the PAY vendors. Properly scripted PAY vendors refund the amount if it's incorrect.
1. Which kind of vendors are you having problems with? Is it a single prim, set for sale type or is it a mult-prim that you click through to find the item you want?
2. With either are you getting a blue pop-up in the corner of your screen saying that you bought something for X amount?
3. If you are, are you getting a second blue pop-up telling you that X has paid you X amount?
If there is anything else popping-up, please, post what it is?

I tried just vendors with the button buy no vendors where it is needed to enter the amount. Is it possible to try with you ?

I don't have a premium account, but they handled my last ticket very well, and fast. So they will help you, don't worry.

I already ask them but they said answered me that because i was not a premium account they could not fix this problem. This is their answer: Thanks for contacting us about this issue. No offense, but this is the state of help in SL now. Wouldn't it be nice to have all new accounts get a small stipend upon sign up and then have to run through a buy/purchase situation before leaving Orientation Island? I think it would help tremendously!
