Ok Here is something i been wanting to ask... If your on a adult sim, In a adult club with "adult stuff going on" are you allowed to do adult stuff on voice chatt?
I know it kind of silly of me to ask. But i was in a adult club ,Adult stuff was going on in back ground and everyone had voice on but no one was using voice... So i had to ask.

They were probably all in private voice conversations, as opposed to voicing in public chat. You can hold a private 'voice IM' just as you can hold a private text IM.

Are you allowed? It depends on what the club owners/operators consider acceptable.
Can you be AR'd for saying adult stuff? Possibly. As I recall LL has expressed the opinion in the past that even in Adult sims, adult activities should be discrete as opposed to out in the open. _____________________

You can hold a private 'voice IM' just as you can hold a private text IM. if someone is in a private voice chat, the people in the open voice will not see that user as an active voice user.... so if the OP was seeing people in open voice chat (as in on the active voice chat list) then they were not in a private voice chat with anyone... doesn't mean they were not in im's or using something like skype _____________________

I wasn't sure if the person was checking the active voice chat list, or simply looking for the white dot above peoples' heads. Wouldn't that be there anyway, since voice is activated, regardless of whether it's being used in open chat or IM chat? I don't actually use voice, so I'm not sure. don't remember, would have to double check that _____________________

I think the white dot disappears when in IM voice - when voice isn't available to be used publically.
