Have you and other group members donated sufficient tier to the group?

I wanted to at some more land to a group i belong to,but when i try to deed them the land,i got a messages saying i need more land credit. so how do i get more land credit ? When an individual buys land, they use their "Tier Credits" to pay the montly property taxes on it. For example, if you have a premium membership, that comes with 512m of Tier Credits you can pay your taxes with. (I'm calling tier charges 'property taxes', just for ease of explanation). ![]() When a group buys land, it works a little different. Members can donate portions of their individual tier credits to the group - and the group can use the total credits donated to them to cover property taxes on the group-owned land. ----------------- So, when you deed land to your group, essentially, the group is buying your land from you (even if its for $0). In order to 'buy' that land from you, your group needs sufficient tier credits donated from its group members to cover it. More than likely, your group doesn't have enough tier credits to cover you deeding your land to it. You either need to donate some of your tier to the group, or have other group members donate tier to make up the shortfall. Also - if memory serves, there's a checkbox when deeding land, that says something like "Donate tier with transfer". If your intention is to deed this land to the group, AND donate tier to cover it at the same time... you want to check this box. Just remember, when you donate tier to a group - *you* have to pay the monthly fee on that tier, which the group gets to use. _____________________

No Ann,only me. The question wasn't whether there were more group members, but whether you had enough tier donated to the group to cover the land size you were looking at. _____________________
