I cannot see the actual Linden Dollar I own, and I am supposed to believe it exists?

When it leaves your wallet, does it make a sound?

I would be happy to analyze all your Linden dollars and give you a full report on their appearance. Merely send them to me, and I will certainly return them when the analysis is completed.

:D

Imagine a Linden boot, stamping on an avatar's face, forever.

Years ago, when I first jouned SL... back when business locations would put out money trees for newbies less than 30 days old to pluck L$ from, and before unlimited free alts allowed people to make alts for the express purpose of farming such money trees...

At that time in ancient history, money trees seemed to all have a standard texure for the L$ found among their branches. It looked roughly like a US $1 bill, and had a denomination of L$1 L$5, L$10 or L$20 on the surface. Not a lot of detail, since they were only about the size of an avatar's hand. It was a bit of a challenge as a newbie to maneuver a camera through the tree's branches and touch the L$ to pick them.

Yes, money once grew on trees here in SL...

...I'd think that a L$ would be more than 1 bit. Maybe a byte, but a single bit doesn't seem enough to me...
