Thank you for your attention.

I have a couple of Qs about land and groups. The best thing I can think of is to state my understanding, and hopefully someone can verify/refute(/ridicule/flame/...uhhh...pie).

#1 - If 2 group members donate adjacent 512m² lots, the group can combine them into a 1024 and use 234 prims. (and then the group members could enjoy a decent-sized house)
Corect?

#2 - of the items on the property, it really doesn't matter who owns/modifies/permissions what as long as:
2a: the total prims on the property don't exceed the 234 &
2b: nobody fights/complains/ARs
Correct?

1. Yes.
2a. Yes.
2b. Sorta. Yes, but there is more. You can modify the options on the land so that only group members may build/push objects onto the land/run scripts. If you do it this way, all of the objects must be set to group when rezzing (wear your group tag). It is wise to turn on autoreturn, so that you do not have to worry about cleaning up the occasional litter that ends up on the property, like crashed vehicles.
