Inventory scrambled (not cache - on three computers the same, cleared them anyway), unable to TP in slow periods to friends sitting in near empty sims, messages that don't reflect the truth at all (seems if you can't log into a place, SL tells you that it is being rebooted - never mind that there are four or five avs that sit around talking from the time you crash to the time you pop up again, or even that you can pull a map of the sim with four or five avs in it), and LL liberally handing out their favorite 5 minute time out rewards to keep you from logging in for a while and bothering them.

This is like crap that was taking place a couple of years ago, and we have the same total lack of feedback on the status page. Everything is absolutely just fine, peachy keen even, even while there is serious lag with 47,000 avs in SL.

While I completely understand as a former beta tester for various software groups that the messages, especially when you fail to connect, are the best attempt from what the system sees, there seems to be a very recent underlying problem that doesn't easily correlate (from my observation) to av activity on SL. Logging in at midnight SL time sometimes is as laggy as peak periods. Anyone else see anything like this? Did I miss a thread?

For the record, fairly robust systems all around and no problem during most times. Everything current, except for a couple of updates from yesterday for one of my MS machines.

Sounds like you just got hit with a lot of bad luck at once. Really, SL has been perfect for me and everyone I know lately.
