If private estate, get an estate manager to restart the sim you were in. If mainland, try begging support to do the same.

You could try making an alt and IMing yourself, though this fails about 90% of the time.

Well a 10% success rate ain't bad....guess the alt will try a few more IMs.

Submit a ticket or better yet if you are premium account. get on live chat and ask them to log your avatar out so you can log in . tell them you are ghosted and cant log in . or call them.

Did you try paying yourself L$1, or can you shove your ghost off the sim where it's stuck? Can you enable damage on the parcel (turn safe off in land options) and kill your ghost?

(Note: I don't know that the last one works, but it sounds like fun.)

It doesn't actualy. This is only becuase avatars in this state lack physics. And the only way to apply damage is with collisions.

I don't know where I'm ghosted....mapping shows me in an invalid location. IMs haven't worked, invy transfer hasn't, paying myself hasn't. Guess I wait out the Lindens. Thanks for the suggies :)

Hey sorry to be a pest but....approaching 48 hours now, and nothing is helping. I tried a support ticket, filled it all out, hit finish...and it demanded a valid email address. Checked, rechecked, and even C/Ped my addy in and it's correct, but still can't submit.

So I looked all over for the live chat option and couldn't find it, where is it? And since this account is basic, I probably can't even use it, right? But I do have an alt that is premium, should I try live chat with that account to ask for help with this account?

[Resolved 3:27pm PST] - The Live Chat link is now accessible from the Support page as normal.

[Posted 3:00pm PST] - Earlier this morning we rolled out a new support portal for premium residents. The Live Chat link for premium account holders is not currently available. This issue is being worked on, until such time please use the following work around to access support.

1. Click the “Ticket History” link
2. Find “Live Chat for Premium Support” (this is in the left hand navigation pane)
3. Click on the first article in the search results (should be “Live Chat for Premium Support”)
4. Click appropriate link to start the chat, as normal

Please watch this post for further updates on this issue.

The alternate instructions on how to access didn't work for me either, but you might check it. I put in a ticket regarding the link's absence...I guess we'll see what they say.

Intermittent support portal malfunction

We are seeing some issues with our support portal, that might prevent premium and concierge customers from seeing all support options available to them. This only will only effect their live chat option, you can submit tickets as usual.
