Separate music streams on one parcel?

I am renting a skybox for my shop; I own only a tiny strip of land below so that I can control my landing point. What the landlady and I are trying to figure out is: Is it possible to have a different music stream in my entire skybox from that of the SIM? I can only change it on my parcel and she's willing to work with me if it's possible.

You can do it if you subdivide land. But if you put the skybox in same subdivided parcel you will get the same music.
