I am not sure if it's on my end or what, but I can't get passed the TOS agreement at start up.. it is stuck at loading, I have tried rebooting my PC and my router and still have the same problem..
Any suggestions?

Any suggestions? Try to clear the BROWSER cache in preferences at the startup screen...not just the normal cache.
