I tried a second cashout on SLX and its hanging again did the support stuff and nothing... again. Has anyone eles noticed SLX support lacking after LL bought them out? I cant wait till SLapt.me has paypall mass pay I think I'll be cashing out with them when they do....

I have been raising kane over this is well. Went from 5 minute-MAX 4 hours to cash out, to several days, if you are lucky. Not sure if they will ever fix it... but know you are not the only one ticked about it.

~Brie They probably did something stupid like move the payment account over to the same one the main Linden Lab process credit uses, which is run from Britain, and the guy went on vacation without a backup. Yes, a reliable payment system is essential, whether its instant or 5 days or whatever. I have had it take anywhere from 0 to 8 days to complete a "process credit" to Paypal, and it's the uncertainty that's annoying.

Hello Tristin Mikazuki,
Thank you for letting me know that you had difficulty with another US Dollar transaction.
When the system holds a transaction, a member of the Accounting Team will manually review the hold and process the transaction.
Since Customer Support for the Xstreet SL web site doesn't work on the weekends, this means that if a transaction is held on a Saturday or Sunday, or on a Holiday, then the Accounting Team will be unable to review the hold until they return to work on Monday, or the first business day after the holiday.
The Accounting Team is working on the transactions that were held up over the weekend and those should be cleared out by the end of Business today.
