animation for holding hands

does anyone know if there are animations available for holding hands with your partner?, either standing still or walking along together? I don't know if this possible, as it would probably restrict one partners movements unless it was released somehow.

My partner and I love our Rendezvous. It has animations for walking together holding hands, arms around each other, a walk where my partner carries me in his arms, an arm carry with kiss, carrying me over his shoulder as well, facing each other holding hands, etc.

In addition it contains several slow dances, various sit-togethers, star-gazing, swimming together and flying together.

Flying together is my favorite since I used to get royally lost trying to fly-explore with my partner. This is a vehicle and one person "drives" but either can access the controls and the "driver" can be switched on the fly.

I love it since my partner can just move us along and I can type/talk...lol.

ETA: It's a bit on the expensive side but we have used it now for over a year and *definitely* gotten our money out of it many times over. We even used it for our partnering ceremony. Instead of having all kinds of poseballs to hop on and off, our Rendezvous did everything.

It sounds like what you are looking for is a hold hands or couple walk in a vehicle type script (so that you can walk around freely). I've seen these by:

I have Meike's kiss/hug tool and love it, but the couple walker is just released so I haven't had a chance to try it yet. She provides excellent customer service.

Also, I saw couple walk poseball rezzer in front of Jade's Jazz Lounge on the sidewalk, it seemed to work well, I didn't check the name of the creator.

I'll have to put a conflict of interest warning here, as I did the original vehicle part of the scripting, but Vicky Christensen of SecondFrame animation made an "Embrace" device which has some fun animations (I like the "pick up and carry" when it goes to full speed). There's a demo over at her shop.

Does anyone know if the any of the couples walks preserve any AO walk I might be using? I really like my walk and don't really want to give it up, even if it does mean I get to walk alongside my friend...

YOu have to turn it off and it only works in places you can rez things. But it is so worth it

I just figured you were in busy mode I listed the designer of the Rendezvous in my previous post and her shop is listed in her picks...first one I think. There is a demo there as well as a video.

And I second Amar - getting a couples vehicle (which is what it is really) is soooo much fun, whichever one you choose.

Just thought of something else, if you want to see a "live" demonstration of it, just send an IM in world and my partner and I can demo it for you.

Another vote for the Rendezvous - my sl sister has one. She adjusts the pose positions with key commands like >>>, and <<< and so on... so now all of us in the family at opportune moments have taken to teasing her. "Yes Sophie. ^^^ " Hardly relevant, but the rendezvous is just great.
