Login trouble, hmm

Greetings, my friend told me about this game and it sounds really cool, i want to join up with the community and become a member. I registered a free account, activated it, and downloaded the game client, but whenever i try to log in i enter the correct information and i get this error -
"Login Failure, cannot access Second Life from this computer" I'm not sure why its saying that If anyone can help me out i would appreciate it very much. Thank you.

Go to the Support link at the top of this page, then click the area on the right which says 'Submit a Ticket.' Make sure you use the following ticket type:

Special Questions-Basic account or Guest Login > Account Issues > I can't login inworld with my account

Then fill in the rest of the info and submit. SL tends to be sort of problematic on the weekend, so it *might* clear up on its own if you keep trying, but better to get the ticket in now in case it doesn't. Be aware that they may not get back to you until after the weekend.

Also, try someone else's computer if you can, to double-check that it's actually your comp or connection that's at issue.
