Other double prim parcels?

I had hoped to buy at Bay City, but that is starting to look like it will be impossible.
Can anyone tell me where the other double prim sims are on the mainland? I have read mention of them, but how many are out there?

There aren't any more on the mainland as far as I know.

There are double or maybe even more than double prim parcels on private estates, if you are interested in private estate land.
