If you are talking about the in world group, just search for Forum Cartel. The group is free to join, but we had it disabled for a few days as we just held a vote. If you can not join, ask anyone for an invite. |

if you mean a member of the hangout inworld, you can look up "forum cartel" in your groups search inworld (hangout is in Allana). i believe it is poen membership now.
