Ok I logged in and purchases, chat, and rezzing are borked. Is anyone else having that problem?

It seems to depend on when a person came in-world. I had no problems teleporting around earlier tonight(12:55am right now), but I did get the warning about not buying anything. Map was grayed out off and on, or was very slow to bring up the images. I had a friend who got 'perma-ruthed' tonight and nothing worked to get her out of it. I did hear about some scripting problems with rotation scripts, taking item back into inventory and setting it back out should fix that issue.
I'm hoping it will all be better later today.
