I hate to say it but....

.... don't expect to much... don't expect justice....

You will probably get an email saying your AR has been recieved and that they can't tell you how it was resolved, regardless of how grevious the offense was. You will never know, just hope that some justice was done, and move on with your Second Life.

Best Wishes....

Ditto. I have had to file 2 AR's recently for things which were serious issues, not just people bothering me and me being pissy about it. One of which was against a friend (I wrote about this here) and said friend is still in-game merrily going about his way so I know nothing came of it.

The least I would expect is a follow-up telling me that LL is researching the AR so I know it isn't sitting in some pile someplace being ignored. Which I now assume is the case.

But, hey, they sure do love to repeatedly let me know they won't be able to help me get my missing canopy and couches back :p

Anyone considering filing an AR should give it a second or third thought.

Most problems simply don't require it. As Arch points out, they don't do much.

ARing someone that griefed you but is long gone probably is a waste of your and the Linden's time.

I figure that the less the AR system is cluttered by ARs that aren't absolutely necessary, the faster and better the critical ones get solved.
