A friend of mine has just bought a TV. Well we did the deeding process and turned it on. Two of us could see the and hear the TV while she couldn't. Oddly though she has the same Audio/Video setup as us in preferences but she has no video/media button next to her radio button on top of the chat bar at the bottom of the screen.
Any ideas how to fix this or what's going wrong?

I'd guess she doesn't have Apple Quicktime installed, that was my problem a while back.

Yes it would. I had to download the latest version when I wanted to watch streaming video in SL.
