can't teleport

hello
i tried getting a salution from the support team but failed to help me.
since i registered SL, i am not able to teleport in 99% of my time.
i have to use the internet site and write the name of the location. Writing the numbers of the LM does'nt help either.
the teleport issiue is the main thing in SL, and i simply can't have fun there.
i have to menthion that i have the system requirements, downloaded GLOBSNOW, detach everything and tried tp. NOTHING helped.

Or succeed using the SLURL clicked on from that "internet site"? Teleport failures often stem from local network problems. It may be worth rebooting all the network gear from the viewer client machine to the ISP's wall jack. Usually, however, all teleports are affected the same way, so whatever is working with "the internet site" and writing "the name of the location" suggests something else may be going on, and it would help to understand what it is that *is* working. |

I may have a solution. Weather or not it works for you I dont know. I went to speedtest.net and discoverd my connection was extreamly slow. So I called my internet people and they did something and now SL works just fine. Good luck.

i have the same problem,but my internet speed is very low,because i past the limit from 12 gb,if you know what i'm trying to say.

If the connection speed is really low and you cannot get it increased, there is little you can do. Go to the Network tab of your Preferences and lower your Bandwidth setting - that might help a bit.

Also, annna, in the Graphics tab, bring your Draw Distance down to the minimum. You'll see less of the world around you, but that means you'll download less (I think you mean you've passed your ISP's monthly download limit, and your connection has been throttled because of that, am I right?)

Yes,you are right,i meant on that.Well paying is monthly so the only way is waiting to another month.And don't use download that much.  |
