If they are using copybot then the original creator's name will not be on the bow..the name of the avatar using copybot will. 3. Even though this sucks you can't name their name in the forum. It is against the forum rules and can lead to trouble for you.  You may want to remove it to stay on the good side of the mods. Good luck.

Perhaps he means the name is sort of embedded on the bow as like a texture or something. That's the impression I got anyway (could be wrong).

1st learn to type without using all capitals.
2nd anybody using Copybot really don't care what you or anyone else says.
3rd you've broken the forum rules and possibly named an innocent person. The only judge and jury is the creator and the lindens. Please remove the name from your post.
4th the correct means to address this is to file ARs and if you are the creator of any work that has been stolen, DMCA as pointed out. LL takes these matters seriously and it will be dealt with.

I found ribbons on one or two pieces and on some bassinets. None had a texture or indicated a creator other then the one who did the whole project. There is a protest there now.

I saw a texture shop where the owner put all his textures on doors, walls, etc to show them. I was thinking in this day and age in SL that is pretty much asking for it..

The first group (that I saw it in anyway) this was reported in offered suggestions on how to file a DMCA, caution on staying within the CS with accusations (rightly or wrongly doesn't matter there), and plenty of sympathy, but the creator didn't seem to care about any of the advice and left in the middle of someone explaining what steps she had to take.
After seeing them just ignore any and all well-meant advice and just go from group to group and now here on the forums I'm really just wondering what the angle is supposed to be.
It's perfectly normal for someone to be upset, to react without thinking but a dozen of well-meaning people tried to point out the best course of action and it's all just ignored in favour of continued "friendly warnings".
