I have a skybox on a dreamland lot to which I can teleport with a landmark and teleport my friends over. But my friends can't tp there with a landmark (same I use), they always fall down. There is no landing point set, no access restrictions and I am the landowner.
Is this a known bug and is there a workaround? I want to enable my friends to use my skybox when I'm not there/online without them going through the hassle of having to fly there.

This happens on the log I am on. No clue why, but I have to TP people (ok Alts)  up to get them there. Maybe go over to abbotts aerodome and get the free TP systems and set them up for your friends to use. You can put a small landing point at a mid point where they can fly to and tp from there to stop most others knowing it is there.

You probably have a landing point set on your land.
Try unsetting that if you have,

I notice in the last few days, when I use my usual landmarks, I still land 10-20 meters away. Reset the landing point and I still do not tp to the correct spot.
