It is my understanding that the new item search feature is available now. How do I search by item?

I tryed that it doesnt work. I tested a empty box in my apartment put it for sale for $1 and used the show in search. I left it there 2 days and it is not in the search

I left it there 2 days and it is not in the search You don't own the land, and the land is not listed in search places. That is why it didn't show up. If the land was listed in search places, it would show up. _____________________

Will it show up in search exactly by the name of the item? I have seen items and tryed to search by name ...it didnt seem to work

You don't own the land, and the land is not listed in search places. That is why it didn't show up. If the land was listed in search places, it would show up. so, if you rent land for commercial use, your stuff for sale won't appear in the directory? _____________________

so, if you rent land for commercial use, your stuff for sale won't appear in the directory? It depends. I had my landlord set up my land in my name and I paid him to include it in search. If you rent in a mall that is not an option and it looks like for now you are SOL. With all the malls and shopping plazas theres going to need to be a change made somewhere. _____________________

well, i am renting my land out currently, and the guy said his sales dropped off terribly recently. that must be why. but ssssshhhhhh LOLOL

1: The land has to be set to "Show in Search", which costs the owner of the land L$30 per week. This could be your landlord, in the case of rented comercial property.
2: You must set the "Show in Search" propertu of the item to be checked. 3: It takes AT LEAST three days for the search engine to see a change. And there are entire parcels and individuals who STILL do not show up! 4: It's still a beta of the real search function. Don't trust it to be accurate or complete, because it is neither. _____________________

Search for the items on SLX, and then SLURL to their in-world store.
