Hi!! In our group we are creating furniture but, when I search for animations to include in it, all I can find is the same poses and anims that we see all over SL (I need copy and transfer animations, of course). I am no talking about sex animations, just sitting and lounging... is there any good merchant who sells these items i am looking for? Thanks

Bits-n-Bobs have good animations for furniture builders, I've been pleased with their work.

Pillow Talk sells a few full-perm animations for furniture makers. (They are called Pillow Talk because they use pose pillows rather than pose balls... I promise it's not "bedroom" stuff. )

Animations Warehouse has a bajillion merchants all in one place. You'll spend hours there, so be prepared for a time sink.

From: Ava Glasgow Do they? I guess I wasn't looking too closely at the couple's stuff. Yes, they do, very subtle, not the kind of stuff you normally see. Not hot and heavy motion at all - gentle and slow. Really done in a loving fashion. Go back and take a look. And since they are pillows, not pose balls, not obvious in your home. Although, if the wrong people sit on them, what a surprise they are in for...

The OP needs copy+trans perms, but I'm not aware of many animators who sell those. Bits & Bobs was mentioned. NyteRave Studios is another, but I think only static poses. (I hadn't realized Pillow Talk did copy+trans, but I like what I found there--thanks, Ava, et al.!)

The only true answer is to roll your own. The supply of full perms animations for after-market use is so limited that - as you noted - everyone on the grid is using the same ones anymore. What I ended up doing was learning QAvimator and learning to make my own. http://qavimator.org/ The program took a few days to learn and like any other SL skill, your first few efforts are going to be uninspiring. Keep at it, keep the animations veeeerrry simple and within two weeks you can be doing your own basic animations. Luckily, furniture animations don't need to be as "busy" as AO, pixel slapping or most anything else. Too much movement looks odd for someone just sitting on a couch.

Time to go shopping and testing!!! Thanks a lot... I didn't want to start making animations myself; I have work enough building and developing our builders tools... and my partner has the same problem... I wish days had 48 hours Thank you again
