I know the last 2 undates SL did are about junk, its like they decided to go and turn the clock back 3 years, but no all of a sudden half my clothing i go to place on is all fracked up,I place socks on and the look like pants covering my lower half of my bondy, shirts are acting likr a complete top covering my upper body including my hands, shirts are even changing the color of my pants to all white.
Any idea's on how to fix this? or hints or anything?...i dont feel like waiting 2 more years for SL to unfrack itself like last time.

Congratulations and shame on you! You are a bit of a slut.

Ctrl+Alt+D to get the advanced menu if you don't have it already.
Ctrl+Alt+F7 to turn off Palletized Textures.
Ctrl+Alt+R to Rebake your textures.
Problem fixed.
Unfortunately, you will have to do this each time you encounter this problem since turning off Palletized Textures isn't remembered between logins.
And, FYI, this was caused by the updates to the nVidia drivers NOT the SL viewer. Since you can go back to the nVidia 175 driver and this problem will go away even on the latest SL viewer.
LL isn't to blame for every problem.

With her usual skin the upper half of her body is now red. When she canges to a default LL skin (aka slider skin) her face turns black. It can't be an NVidea issue since she sees it (NVidea) and so do I (ATI). rebaking doesnt work. clearing cache doesnt work. adjusting a slider a tiny bit doesnt work.
