Hello there

I am experiencing this since yesterday: almost all inventory is gone. I only see the main folders and subfolders as Clothing>"clothing names", but dont have nothing inside.

Any clue? I dont see nothing repported about that on blog or grid.

Thank you very much in advance!

The standard remedy is to clear your cache and relog. For best results, relog into a low-lag sim, such as Cyclops. Then open your inventory and type a search term. Your inventory will load slowly; don't do anything else (changing clothes, IMing, etc.) until it finishes. If all your items don't return, repeat.

Good luck. I lost about 900 items yesterday, and they returned after clearing my cache.

Nothing happened... still only folders and subfolders only.

I saw once in this forum a mail to ask LL to recover inventory but I cannot find it anymore...

I wish I didnt lost all my stuff...

Clearing cache manually:

Start<My Computer<C: drive<Documents and Settings<;(your name folder)<Application Data<Second Life

Delete the Second Life folder in the Application Data folder, then empty your trash. Restart the computer and then log in to an empty sim (Sargasso is usually empty, it's a Linden void sim)

Just using the "Clear Cache" button in the Preferences folder doesn't clear your cache completely, so you have to do it manually.

Make sure you're not on the 'recent items' tab.

I was going to go hide. Last night I cleared my cache and when I logged back in found that my inventory had grown a whole lot.

:D

I'm glad you mentioned it, Sansarya. I always clear my cache manually now, and I didn't think about telling Aniela to avoid the option to clear it via preferences.
