Can somebody tell me how you sell land by auction I have 6000 or so sqm that i want to sell by auction, trouble is there is no infromation anywhere on how to sellby auction. Please help.

Can't be done (yet). All the auctions are Linden-owned land (the sub-sim sized parcels came from residents abandoning land, or not paying tier, or ownership groups disbanding, or something like that). There is an interest in making this possible in the future, but no timeframe or commitment stated by LL, AFAIK.

I think Slexchange.com has auctions that anyone can do but there is no LL run ones that anyone can sell stuff at.

You could possibly do a "live" auction, where people have to actually be there (or have a rep) run it like a real auction, bid it up to the price where no one wants to up the bid and then set the land for sale to the winning bidder at the winning price.
