The trademark stuff is about how people are supposed to use the Second Life or SL name when they write about SL or conduct a business connected to SL. Nothing to do about using other company's names in SL.

gazza the trademark info they have on the blog only pertains to second life and linden lab
not other RL or SL companies if you want to use an existing company's name from RL, in SL.. then you will have to take that up with the RL company (or take your chances that the RL company will not come along and shut you down) _____________________
