Is there a script that can check the land that borders yours and/or all the land on your SIM and see what is for sale and IM you with an update?
If not, would it be possible to script something like this?

You could probably do this without a bot, using llGetParcelFlags (PF_FOR_SALE) to scan the entire sim. It wouldn't return (AFAIK) land that's set to auction, though.
There might be some tricky parts to it but it could be done... _____________________
