use a photo sharing site like Flickr.com and post the link for pictures, not sure what u mean by 'attachments'. If you mean like a zip or text file, you'll have to find somewhere else to host it, and do the same thing, post a link to it here.

You cannot 'attach' something to a post here. You can imbed an image. You will have to have that image on a hosting site somewhere - I use photobucket. Once the picture is uploaded to photobucket, one of the links below the picture has 'img' tags - copy that link and paste it into your post.
If the picture is already on the web somewhere, you can simply enclose the url in the 'img' tags and it should work. Also - be sure to watch the sizing of your pictures as most of us do not want a picture to force us to scroll to see it all. _____________________
