I own a plot of land on which i have put two house for rent, however neither of mt tenants can access the menu that lets you lock the doors etc. The menu works perfectly for me...does anyone have any ideas how i might enable my tenants to access this menu. Thanx in advance for any answers.

Read the instructions for the door locks, set their access correctly, and give them a notecard as to how it works.

Also note that some lockable items can only be controlled by the owner (or group members if the item is deeded). I've seen this be the case with window blinds in some prefabs as well.

I use the Hippotech rental boxes with the "door plugin" module.

It lock the door when the box is rented and allows the renter to add and remove guests, without my assistace, a great time saver.

If the rent is late or terminated it unlocks the door and clears the acess list for the next tenant
