I'm afraid that your question as stated suggests you haven't tried solving this one for yourself and is too ambiguous for us to realistically give you a serious answer. To help us out, you might want to take a look at this page, then revisit your problem trying some of the things it suggests.

I tried to puzzle out what this was describing; my best guess is that "Don't Send" is from the crash reporter's dialog, and that the crash happens the moment the "Log In" button is pressed. That's just a guess, though, so it would help if that were either confirmed or more details supplied.

Either way, it will help make progress if we knew about the configuration, which is easy to get, from Help / "About Second Life..." -- just copy the text in the top pane of that window so we can know where to start.

Also, any log files generated by the viewer could be worth a look. In Windows XP, they'd likely be in C:\Documents and Settings\<user name>\Application Data\Secondlife\logs -- any files with .log extensions there. (On Linux, they'll be in ~/.secondlife/logs ... and somewhere else on Vista or Mac--this is one of the reasons it's so important to have that "About Second Life..." configuration info.)
