I need to be Slorganized

Is there a product.... gadget...gizmo... personal assistant... slave... out there that could help multiple people keep track of events (multiple kinds.. some customer based things, some eventy events, some just random dates..like tier, birthdays, holidays or whatever) like a day planner of some sort *in* SL?

I remember I read about something like that..probably ages ago...and we are starting to need something. Of course in my dreams it would like..sync with the others, but we DO talk *laughs* so we could communicate that info to each other.

I know we could use some internet based calendar thingymabob.. but I thought Id ask if anyone had ideas.

It would be nice though if there were some automated group announcement thing that could be programmed to send a pop up to everyone in a group at a specified time before the event. I'll bet there is such a thing.

kinda extreme but we could do that.

Really its only 5 people I need to get organized. We have a couple of businesses and have another one opening soon...and while we are still doing ok... we REALLY could use some help that way.
One has sales, events and weddings that are booked. (and could be booked by any 4 people)
The other has sales, events, contests... (and could be done by any of 3 people.)
The third... will be just as hectic
and then all three sims have tier due so reminders would be nice.

I thought I remembered reading something about like.. a hud that was out there. I dunno.

At the forum Hangout inworld, there is a Calendar set up - web based, that events can be posted to. You could go to the hangout and maybe figure out more about that -- or contact Feline Slade cuz I think she set it up for us.

Another option, I have a Planner, that I can attach to my av or as a HUD and list events in it. The nice thing about the planner is that it will notify me and has a 'snooze' option. I'll send you that info if you want -- I think it cost me L$300.

A while back I was bored and half finished a HUD that syncs up with several Google calendars and notifies the wearer of upcoming schedueled events.

I can try and dig it back up and finish the silly thing if you can't find anything pre-made.

I asked this question in group chat the other day and was recommended the MechanizedLife products. So far their CogHUD is pretty good. You just need to set up a Google Calendar that holds all the dates and events etc, and link it to either individual CogHUDs that each person can have onscreen, or a CogBoard (like an electronic noticeboard) that you have rezzed out at your central location.
