So what does L$ 10,000 get you on a private sim?

I figure it may be time to give up owning land and paying premium membership. I pay something like L$ 10,000 directly to LL every month, but what would that get me on a private sim?
And do private sims do mixed residential and commercial space?

Contact Sarah Nerd, Darien Caldwell or Wildefire Walcott to find out. All have wonderful estate options and I believe all have a mix of residential and commercial, but not always on the same sim.

Blatant self-promotion: in either of my residential / commercial mainland rental sims, L$10,000 would would rent:

- 2,048 sqm / 468 prims for 89 days

No premium membership required. No purchase or deposit. Nearly full land management tools. No spam ad lots or camp farms.

If you're interested, the two remaining parcels are:
- Peronaut (176, 187, 34)
- Peronaut (157, 229, 28)

Sounds great, and I've heard some good things about your sims. Of course, still have to sell my bloody land first.

About 5128 square meters of land. I'd be happy to help you out.

As long as everyone is promoting their own ventures, here is a mainland option for you. For $10,000 a month, you would get one of the nicest plots in Liome.

Here's the rest of my sale pitch:

A whole sim's worth of features for the price of one plot!

Rent a plot at Liome Beach Resort and get full access to thousands of open meters of pools, meditation domes, hot tubs, romantic poseballs, dancing, hang gliding, snorkeling and sailing! We still has choice plots available with options of beachfront, ocean or skyhome rental living! Come see this gorgeous beachy tropical Mainland sim.

http://slurl.com/secondlife/Liome/68/203/22

In addition to full access to our reggae music, poseballs, beaches, coral reefs and waterfalls, you get over 7000 meters of protected sailing lanes so you can sail all around the mainland from here! Try that on an estate with void borders!

More advantages of renting at Liome Beach Resort:
-No premium membership required
-No tier fees to LL
-No purchase price upfront. Rent only!
-The connectedness of the mainland without the ugliness: no ad farms!
-Lush tropical landscaping and protected beachfronts
-Yoga mats with poses, massage balls, swimming pool with slide and diving!
-Huge common areas with tidepools, blue lagoons and waterfalls
-Choice of many plot sizes
-Voice enabled

IM Raymond Figtree or Rosie Castro for more info or a tour.

I'm sure my compatriot is just confused -- around here, "VAT" is spelled "GST".

And in the unlikely event that LL should become licensed to charge GST, I am prepared. I am already licensed and ready to give them my registration number.

Thank you, glad to hear there's been decent word-of-mouth.

Best wishes for selling your land -- I know with the recent mainland price plummeting, must make it sting a bit. :(
