What shops in second life make the best skins ?

I want to purchase a new skin. what shops in second life make the best ? I want a Caucasian male skin clean shaven face. and i want a skin that can be completly nude. I would apreciate any advice thanks

There's no such thing as the "best skin". Skins are subjective, and what looks good to one person looks like steroid abuse to another.

Always try out a demo skin first. And check out http://www.second-man.com for more reviews.

But I'm a Redgrave fan for the skin.

When I am completely nude I add a Lotus Evolution Gold penis.

when my current skin is completly nude he has these brown shorts i cant seem to take off i want a skin that actuly shows that part of the body. like you would really look if you were nude

That is the default skin. You replace it with the new skin, and that has no shorts. No penis either, but usually body hair. The demo you get, for free or 1§L, shows you the skin "as it is", just with "Demo" stamped over it.

The skin can look different on your shape. You can change your shape yourself, or buy the shape too. Demo shapes have very big hands and feet that you can't change. When you wear both the skin and shape together, you should get an avatar who looks like the vendor ad.

Appearance in SL is confusing in the beginning. The eyebrows are shown with a "bald head" symbol. That can also change the way the face looks.

You can also go to a place like KMADD and buy one of their shapes. As far as I know, it comes with a complete notecard of all that the avatar is wearing, skin, hair, eyes and clothing, including Landmarks to the shops. If I am wrong, I hope someone will correct me. This is probably the quick and expensive way to get an avatar that looks "finished".

Edited to add: Male avatars are born like Ken dolls. You have to buy a prim penis if you want to look anatomically correct. Lotus is a good brand, as Alvaro said.
