Hi, I'm planning to build a neko baby and I would like some input from interested players as to what you would like such a baby to look like. I'm presuming maybe you'd like something more than just a human baby with cat ears.

I'm not sure Neko are into parenting.

I mean, the Neko I've met exhibit all sorts of catlike behaviors. Curiosity, stropping, purring, leaping about, clawing and biting if hungry or frightened...

One assumes that this carries over into kitten-rearing. Wash them off occasionally and ignore them as much as possible.

Couldn't someone just buy a Prim baby and stick the needed stuff on it? I'm Neko but have no desire to be an SL Parent.. But I must admit the potty training would be faster..

I have two characters in SL: a neko mom and her daughter. Yes, they have completely different personalities and some of my conversations are confusing but anyway.

As was pointed out earlier, cats are not as interested in parenting as primates. Oh sure, make sure kittens do not permanently damage themselves, but both kittens and their parents are pretty independent.

Definately not prim babies in general though!!!!!! I know more ppl that want to strangle the things than think they are adorable. Especially the talking tummies. Usually politeness intervenes though as the parents are not *technically* breaking the TOS.

I was / am /will be Neko when I wanna be. Not sure I wanna have a kitten(s). Not sure if we can have kittens considering we're hybrid anyway. On second thoughts, can we sell these kittens like people sell puppies on puppy farms?

No, still doesnt grab me. I cant support kittens if I am frazzled by child avs. Get spayed.

I'll pass on the grim suggestions, though. As for nekos not being into parenting, based on the number of pregnant nekos coming into the clinic for prenatal checkups, I'd say there is some interest there.

Well neko is the name for cat in Japanese. Cats have litters and each little runt can have a different daddy. My suggestion is the most annoying of all tummy talkers with multiple names and each baby desiring something different. Maybe the ability to hold 10 prim neko babies at a time, even one by the scruff of the neck in the mouth, and each one can look different. >^..^<
