Adding a person to your picks

Can someone please tell me how to add a person to my profile picks i know how to add a place but how do i add a person. Thank you for any help.

Just add a place, any place, and edit the title and description to say whatever you want.

Once you create the Pick, you can edit it the same way you can edit the rest of your profile. Just click on the field and edit the text.

I advise NOT doing the initial setting of the Pick on your home land unless you want everyone to know where your home is. For 'people' Picks, I usually go to a quiet LL owned water sim and set the Pick there. Then drag whatever picture you want over the picture that is there and type whatever you want in the Title and Description areas.
Oh -- using special characters at the beginning of the title will get it to the top of the list.

The only thing i cant edit is the location is that something im doing wrong or cant the location be edited

If by 'location' you mean the sim and coordinates at the bottom, then you are correct - they cannot be changed. That is why I said to not set the Pick at your home, but maybe choose some random location.
