So what is the going rate for Gerber Baby land?

Porky my Main just sold flat Green mainland on the atoll for 16/per sqm (took 5 weeks) then bought it back a week later since, they put it for sale at 2.5/ per sqm!!! ( a week later, go figure.. I was trying to tier down but heck for that profit I payed the tier another month.

that was flat Green Mature where there are only 3 land owners splitting the sim.

Seems its anywhere from 3L-20+ depending...

There are some really good deals on premium parcels out there (no block water front). Averaging about $L10 per sm.

Lots of junk for a little over $L3.5 per sm, but if you are a sky box junkie do you care?

Just made the deal of a (second) life time myself in Isalndia North.

Yeah, there are some real deals out there for very good land now. The stuff at the floor is still relatively steady, but the past few weeks I've been seeing a lot of sub-L$10/m2 protected waterfront on fairly clean sims.

I don't know if this means the land dealers only buy with bottom-feeding bots now, or they sense a collapse with Ursula coming online soon, or they're just over-extended, or something else entirely.

My alt just bought 2 lots of 512 mainland together, there are 2 massive empty blocks front and back and a 512 neighbor, above, who has a tiny tent, fire, a rabbit and some trees, a few other well built rentals around on the bottom, that are mostly empty or quiet polite people. There is a car yard behind all this but they built a massive natural stone wall which is all we see and it extends along the big back block and another big one behind that. I have a full clear view to the water, (fake as it is camera fading out)... The front big block (my view) is owned by a sky box place and seem to have left their land empty maybe to use the prims.

Anyway it is good, but it took me many many hours of searching, I was after privacy or more so something not ugly... I just wanted trees, animals and a tiny hut and to learn building there... So I am happy, I hang out there all the time now practicing building, mucking around with trees and so forth these blocks were $L2560 per 512sqm mature.

Really nice so far, (a week or 2) I am keeping my fingers crossed.

So take your time, this was cheap compared to what I had seen anywhere else.

Is just going to be a building site so don’t care about how aesthetically pleasing it is or protected borders and what not.

Did look through the list of lands for sale but the prices seem to range from L$1 to extortionate. Been over 4 years since I bought mainland and there seems to be allot more of it about and alot more deceptive pricing with rentals ect. even using the filters.

Just want to buy a bog standard, no frills 4096 sqm plot, mature or PG on a class 5 server. What should I be paying to avoid getting ripped off?

I found 68 listings for under 18,000 (for a 4096), and a couple of hundred for 20,000 and under.

(Search, land sales, pg or mature, mainland only, 20,000/4096).

Some of the lower priced parcels looked OK for your purposes Porky.

Can hardly get ripped off. Is a buyers market at the moment. If you not fussed then 3.5 and under. If you a little bit fussy then about 5. Anything inbetween is a bit hit and miss as far as quality goes.

Hmm yes I am seeing these sorts of prices too now. I seem to be getting allot more ad different results compared to when I looked on sunday. Maybe search was borked for me then.

Yeah 5 and below is what I wanted to pay, just wasnt seeing those sort of prices a couple of days ago. I think my search results were buggered then .

Seeing lots below L$4 per sqm so I shall go forth now and and purchase

Of course, after they force all the adult content merchants and those who want the freedom to do whatever they please on their land off to ursula, and the majority of the Mainland is a sea of conficated property that LL sets up for auction, who knows how low the price of mainland will go? What effect would it have on your land prices on the Mainland if the majority of parcels near your land all went to Auction at once? Hundreds of sims worth, all dumped on the market within days of each other.

Can you set land for sale at a fraction of an L$ per meter? You may need to...

Of course, most parcels include little maps so at least you can see the terrain and shape of the parcel before you teleport there.
