Anyone use this graphics card?

ATI Radeon HD 4670?

My boyfriend's brother installed it on this computer, and now second life isn't running properly. I get weird fragments of color all over the screen (or like tv static fuzz looking stuff) . I'm asking here because when I opened second life it told me that SL doesn't recognize my GCard as one they have tested etc. So, does anyone else use this card and how did you tweak it to get SL to work properly?

I am fairly sure I have the latest drivers installed.

Go to the SL preferences (under the edit menu). Click the graphics tab, go to hardware options and uncheck the box for "vertex buffer objects". That should take care of the glitches. I'm not sure about the card not recognized error.
