I have seen prims shaped as a DVD box that can be rezzed onworld and when clicked will play a movie......so that when you click on the prim any video screen near by will play the video from the prim.........I'm assuming these are streaming the video from somewhere?.......If i am right can anyone tell me how i can make these prims that will rezz onworld and play my video's when clicked..........i have my own website and want to play the video i have there.

No....actually what i'm talking about is having a prim in second life that when clicked on will start up a video on any tv or video screen near it..........i'm assuming the prim will have code that takes you directly to the movie url and start it up on any screen near by.

This would only work if the prim were owned by the owner of the land or was deeded to the group if the land is group owned. _____________________

It's a pretty cool idea. There is someone who has a video rental service in SL. It's like 250 lindens to rent a movie. In 5 days it won't work. Just like RL
