Ok, this is weird.... I can't get on the beta grid. It keeps giving me that "Make sure your caps lock is off and you entered your name/pw correctly." I can get on the main grid. Now here's the really odd part - I CAN get on the beta grid with my alt, so I know the beta grid is up. Any suggestions? Thank you in advance.

Only thing I can think of - did you change your password between now and the last time they did a "snapshot" of the database for the Beta Grid? If so, maybe try using the old password and see if that gets you in?

Thanks Nick! Will give that a try If I can remember my old pw...lol. ETA: That worked! Thank you so much. Forgot about the Beta grid taking "snapshots" every so often.

I tried signing into Beta Grid this morning before Main Grid so was a tiny bit alarmed there was some problem but felt better when my alt could get in. Nic nailed it though...had to use former pw.
