Number one, this should go into products wanted, not resident answers. Number two, do you honestly think renting an entire sim is cheaper than owning one? Since you couldn't afford that the first time around... well.

This is what the Land Sales & Rentals and Property Sales & Rentals forums are for. Check those first. I see ads for full sims crop up every couple of days.
