On our secondlife.com page under accounts, where transaction history is. Can our transaction history be cleared. Do we have to wait for the 30days for it to clear old transaction?

There's no function I am aware of to clear transaction history. That would be akin to asking your bank to clear all your transactions from your bank account.
Why would you want to clear it?

I wish they would make it so its good for 35 or 40 days to be honest. I have to run my sheets twice a month because I'm always afraid something might happen on the first and then I would lose a day.

Well not exactly clear them all, only to be able to maybe show certain transactions. like filter them.

I am not 100% certain you still can, but at one time it seems like you could download your transactions history into Excel as an XML file. From there, it ought to be filterable.
