Someone im'd me earlier today to ask about land rentals and said they wanted a garden to grow plants and trees. Now I know you can buy plants and trees but are there any out there that actually grow? I'd imagine this would need to be scripted solution that over time changes textures etc. to give the appearance of growing, anyone seen anything like this?

Yes, there are scripted plants out there. I've seen one that even bare fruits the ripen over time, flowers that open in daylight etc.

I've seen some flowering ones - very pretty as the buds open and the flowers come out.

Thanks both, I know there were super sims like Svarga that had whole eco systems but I didn't know if there were smaller scale solutions.

I've seen individual plants at Hmmmmmm.....La Belle Vie I think is the name of the shop in her Petite Chou location upstairs out on the balcony.

They are fascinating...they have meters that tell you what their moisture level is, etc. And they grow from seedlings to full bloom. Several types of plants/flowers. They are on the pricey side for one, but really fun to watch.
